The business relied on phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and paper notes to coordinate orders. That created delays in dispatching workers, poor visibility of active pickups, and travel routes that wasted time and fuel.

I built a real-time Flutter platform with Riverpod, Supabase, PostgreSQL Row Level Security, GPS tracking, OSRM routing, and local Hive caching. After the MVP, I refactored the codebase into a stronger Clean Architecture foundation.

Order coordination moved off scattered calls and paper notes into a single live dashboard, giving dispatchers real-time visibility of every pickup and a clearer, faster way to route drivers.

Athletes relied on scattered social posts, direct calls, and chaotic WhatsApp messages to find available football pitches, padel courts, or tennis courts — no real-time visibility, pricing clarity, or distance insight.

I engineered GPS-based venue discovery, dynamic distance matrices, crowdsourced venue submission, optimized PostgreSQL schemas, strict auth rules, and local SharedPreferences caching for sub-second loads.

Finding and booking a nearby court became a live, map-based search instead of asking around on social media — with venue details loading almost instantly thanks to the local caching layer.

Most social platforms pile on features — algorithmic feeds, stories, reels, endless notifications — until people get lost or distracted instead of just posting and talking to each other.

I kept it deliberately simple: post, comment, and vote — nothing more. Built with Clean Architecture, smart pagination, Hive offline caching, Supabase Realtime, PostgreSQL RLS, Firebase Cloud Messaging, deep links, compression pipelines, skeleton states, and debounced search.

A clean, focused feed with none of the clutter or distraction of typical social apps — people can post and discuss without getting lost in features they never asked for.
